Strengthen National Security and Support Our Military

Families in Chester and Berks Counties deserve a strong America that deters enemies, secures our borders, and honors those who serve. Weak leadership in Washington has emboldened adversaries like China, allowed fentanyl to flood our communities, and left our military under-resourced while wasting billions on failed policies abroad. Pennsylvania has a proud tradition of service, and we cannot afford to let down our guard.

As a West Point graduate, former Infantry Officer, current Lieutenant Colonel in the Army National Guard, and Army Chaplain who has led soldiers through real crises and supported families in times of loss, I have seen the human cost of weak defense policies. I know what it takes to build resilient teams, confront threats, and deliver results under pressure. In Congress, I will apply that same discipline to protect our district, our state, and future generations.

I will confront adversaries like China and rebuild our military strength to deter aggression and protect American interests. China’s economic espionage, military buildup, and role in the fentanyl supply chain are direct threats to our jobs, innovation, and lives. I will support defense budgets focused on modernization, cyber defense, and a strong industrial base, while ending wasteful spending and ensuring our troops have the tools they need.

I will support our veterans and active-duty service members with quality care, job opportunities, and the respect they have earned. As a veteran and chaplain, I have witnessed the sacrifices firsthand. I will fight for better VA healthcare, stronger mental health resources, seamless transitions to civilian jobs, and protections for military families. I support TRICARE Reserve Select with zero premiums for all drilling Reservists and National Guard members and their families.

I will promote energy independence as a national security priority. Depending on hostile nations for oil and resources weakens the country and exposes families to higher costs. Using Pennsylvania’s natural gas, nuclear, and innovative energy resources strengthens the economy, supports jobs, and improves security.

I am a fourth-generation Pennsylvanian with deep roots in this community. Unlike career politicians who have overseen weakness abroad and instability at home, I will bring disciplined leadership and practical solutions to Congress, focused on America’s security and support for those who serve.
